Delicious and loved by many olives. We use them by adding them to salads, various dishes, and just for a snack.

Green olives have a pleasant spicy taste with a slight pungency. The black ones are softer.

But besides taste and culinary use, olives have great nutritional value and useful properties. Much has already been said about the value and benefits of olive oil, but simple fruits (canned) are in no way inferior in their qualities. They are good for both the female body and male health.

First of all, it should be noted that all trace elements and fatty acids are perfectly preserved in canned olives. Olive oil is famous for being a valuable source of fatty acids – Omega 3, 6, 9. They are also contained in the pulp of the fruit.

For example, in 100 grams of pulp, Omega 3 contains almost 1 gram, and Omega 6 – 1.2 grams.

Also, olives contain acids:

Linoleic;
Oleic;
Gadoleinova.
Minerals are also represented by a whole complex. Most of all, 100 grams of fruit accounts for:

Calcium – 50-55 mg;
Potassium – 40-45 mg;
Magnesium – 10-12 mg;
Phosphorus – about 5 mg;
Less than 1 mg: selenium, iron, zinc, and copper.
The olives also include vitamins – A, E, B, D, fiber, antioxidants.

As you can see from the composition, it is not only tasty, but also healthy. Of course, if you have them in moderation.

Minerals and acids contribute to the normalization of cholesterol levels and blood pressure.

They have a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system. Strengthens blood vessels and small capillaries.

Omega3 and Omega 6, in combination with other beneficial compounds, contribute to the rejuvenation of body cells.

Fiber has a positive effect on the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract and digestion.

They activate the work of the brain, improve memory, concentration, and the ability to memorize a large amount of information.
